Write Away Letters will turn over any communication relevant to a crime or concerning the safety of the writer or others to the police when deemed necessary. Write Away Letters and it's employees cannot be held responsible for any statements made or actions taken by its members before, during or after communication/membership. Write Away Letters does not employ licensed doctors/Therapists. Any communication regarding medical or legal issues is not given by a licensed Doctor or Lawyer and should not be taken as though it is.  Anything sent to the company can be used in marketing materials or social media posts; however full names will never be shared to maintain anonymity and privacy. Payments for memberships will be automatically processed according to the plan description to the card on file. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. It is the buyers responsibility to cancel memberships when they wish. Write Away may cancel memberships with out without notice if deemed necessary. No refunds will be issued.
